Policies and Salon Etiquette

For the mutual respect of our stylists, as well as other clients, we ask for a minimum 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations. Clients who miss an appointment or cancel without contacting A Better Cut may be required, at the discretion of the respective stylist, to prepay for any future services. If an emergency arises where you have to cancel, please contact us at your earliest opportunity so that we can reschedule your appointment.

We aspire to create a safe and relaxing environment for all our guests. While our waiting area is large enough to accommodate several clients at the same time, we ask that any children accompanying you remain under your supervision.

We stand behind all products we offer with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Any purchased products in their original condition and packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase. All gift certificate purchases are FINAL.

We endeavor to protect your privacy. Be assured that the information you share with us is kept strictly confidential and fully secure, and that we will never sell, distribute, share with any third party, or otherwise misuse this information.
